Regardless, They help YOU buy back YOUR TIME by freeing YOU from some of the more repetitive and mundane everyday tasks. This allows you to do whatever it is you do the best… just do it more and more often! This truly drives the needle for your business.
What we provide is the sourcing, training, and managing of the Virtual Assistant as well as a brief on boarding period where we help you and the VA learn what each other needs to make it a successful time for everyone. This happens during the first week of onboarding.
You maybe thinking why not just do it yourself? Which is true. BUT, do you want to spend the time doing it all yourself? now its another person on the payroll. We do ALL that for you, to SAVE YOU time and money. In addition, with out service you can cancel at anytime if you are in a slow period or simply don’t find the service useful versus having someone full time in your office everyday regardless if they are fully needed.
We have two options, Full Time Virtual Assistant and Fractional Virtual Assistant. Regardless of the option chosen, there will be a 1 week onboarding to get everyone aligned to the task(s) at hand.
What can I do with a VA? Well pretty much anything you would have an assistant do. They can take calls, manage your email, set calendar appointments, pay bills, contact suppliers, really your imagination is the limit. But we always tell people to start with the tasks they hate doing the most! This gets you the best ROI!
