You get all this WITHOUT the headache and time wasted of coming up with a job description, posting the job description, reviewing submissions, hiring interviews, onboarding, and then finally all the HR, taxes, and other factors that come with hiring another drafter. The biggest benefit is that it helps you as a stop gap measure whether its a particularly business time or you are in a growth phase but don’t quite need another full time drafter or your cashflow can’t sustain a full time drafter.
